Gillian Pauling – Production Executive, Objective Scotland

Gillian Pauling joined Objective Productions in March 2011 as Production Executive of the newly opened Scotland office. Gillian started her career as a trainee Production Assistant at Scottish Television working in all genres, latterly specialising in live news and current affairs.  She joined the BBC Comedy & Entertainment department in 2003, leaving to venture into the freelance world in 2005. After a brief spell at The Comedy Unit, she joined Lion Television in 2005 where she worked across a wide range of documentaries and factual output.
